Box of 2 scored tablets The Drontal is a dewormer that treats dogs as small as 5 kg. This dewormer is active on roundworms and tapeworms and a single administration is needed to protect your companion for 6 months. The tablets can be used in pregnant females from 4 weeks of gestation and during lactation.

Advice for use

The Drontal is used in dogs from 5 kg, at a rate of 1/2 tablet for 6 months. One tablet will treat a 10 kg dog for 6 months. The recommended deworming protocol is as follows: - from 13 weeks to 6 months, deworming should be done every month - after 6 months, 2 to 4 treatments per year are sufficient, depending on the activities of your pet. - for breeding females, remember to deworm her 2 or 3 days before mating, at parturition and every 15 days after parturition (at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks).

Composition

Drontal P XL dewormer contains 3 active molecules, which will act on roundworms and tapeworms. - 150 mg of fébantel active on roundworms (Ascaris, Ankylostoma, Trichures) - 50 mg of pyrantel also active on roundworms - 50 mg of praziquantel active on flatworms (Tenia, Dipilydium) Drontal P</> contains praziquantel, the only active ingredient approved by the UK government for Pet Travel Scheme certification (i.e., permission to bring your companion with you to the UK, Ireland, Sweden and Malta).
