These insoles are for everyday comfort in shoes with small heels (heels less than 5.5cm). These Scholl insoles offer extra cushioning and shock absorption in the heel area, for lighter feet. Replace every 6 months or at the first sign of wear. Anti-shock technology prevents foot fatigue. Shape and design of the daily Scholl insole adapted to the comfort of the foot and walking in daily heels

Cut the insole to fit your shoe size Change every 6 months (or sooner if worn)

Instructions for use

Make sure your shoes are clean and dry. Take the insoles out of their packaging, remove the plastic film and mark the "L" for Left and the "R" for Right. Place the insoles with the sticky side down onto the sole of the shoe. Press down and make sure that the Scholl insole is well placed in the ballerina. To remove: gently peel the sole from the shoe.
