How to Use For oral use.

Chew, then allow to melt under the tongue, ideally between meals.

Dosage For adults: take 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times per day.

Length of Treatment As symptoms start to improve, reduce frequency of doses.

When symptoms have passed, discontinue use.
