Indications
HEXOMEDINE is a medicine which is a topical antiseptic. It is used to provide antisepsis to skin lesions that are infected or at risk of infection.
Dosage and route of administration
1 application or 1 wet dressing or 1 local bath, 2 or 3 times a day. The solution is ready to use and does not need to be rinsed. Way

Composition
ACTIVE SUBSTANCE: HEXAMIDINE DI-ISETIONATE. EXCIPIENTS: ACETIC ACID, PURIFIED WATER, ETHANOL, SODIUM ACETATE, NITROGEN.
Contraindication and warning
Hypersensitivity to any of the components. This medication should not be used in the following cases: on mucous membranes, on open wounds, for antisepsis of the skin before an injection, for the disinfection of medico-surgical equipment.
Combination with other antiseptics is not recommended because their effects may cancel each other out. Breast-feeding: this antiseptic should not be applied to the nipple without medical advice. Thorough rinsing before feeding is essential. The solution should not be applied to the mucous membranes (mouth, vagina ...) due to the presence of alcohol.
