The combination of these 2 trace elements offers an ideal synergy to help the body fight against infectious episodes or allergic reactions in the nose, throat and ear areas: allergic rhinitis, etc. Oligostim Manganese Copper supports your natural defences and fights against free radicals.

Directions for use 

Take 1 to 2 tablets per day of Oligostim Manganese Copper, in the morning on an empty stomach or between meals. Let it melt under the tongue. For adults only.

Trace elements, at the recommended doses, are presumably safe for pregnant or breast-feeding women. For safety reasons, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before use.
