Oral route. Reserved for adults. 1 capsule morning and evening (i.e. 400 mg of dry apple extract including 160 mg of pectin minimum per day) to be taken with a large glass of water before the meal. To be taken 20 minutes before the meals while ingesting a food before otherwise the pectin will not act in an empty stomach. This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and as part of a healthy lifestyle.
