With its sensation of lasting heat and its massaging ball, the PURE HEAT® Joints & Muscles Roller is recommended for relieving painful stiffness and tension (torticollis, contractures and aches, etc.), and provides a relaxing massage ideal for sports practice. This is the gesture of heating self-massage to relieve localized areas (neck, shoulder, knee, calf...).
Its innovative formula, based on a complex of 14 essential oils and 2 plant extracts (arnica and harpagophytum) helps to facilitate relaxation and provides an immediate and intense feeling of heat. Pleasant and lasting heat sensation for up to 2 hours.

Using advice
Shake well before use then apply only to the targeted area. Adapt the quantity of product applied to the intensity of the heating effect desired, respecting a maximum of 1 application per day, i.e. 1.2 g per day = 20 turns of the roller. The roller ball is ideal for self-massage of localized areas. Apply pressure with your fingers on the area to be treated, and perform a massage between 1 and 10 minutes to relieve painful muscles and joints. Wash hands after use.

Precautions for use
Reserved for adults. Apply occasionally. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use in case of allergy to salicylates or to any of the constituents. Do not use in combination with anticoagulant drugs, except on medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, in case of contact, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use on injured skin. Do not apply on the face. Keep out of sight and reach of children. External use. In case of discomfort stop using the product.
