The 2 wings on the back of the patch facilitate its application:

1/ Start by sticking the patch by positioning it in the middle of the lumbar area. To do this, remove the protective fin (1) starting from the center, from top to bottom. Adhere the patch to the skin as the protective wing is removed.

2/ Proceed in the same way for the fin (2). Warning ! Above all, do not remove the protective wing all at once, the patch could stick to itself.

If applied to an area of ​​heavy hair, the patch can be removed more easily under the shower (do not use too hot water, water at room temperature is ideal).
