using advice

You can use this gel before sport, by applying light strokes without deep massage, until completely absorbed. Avoid contact with eyes, wounds and mucous membranes. Wash hands after use. Does not replace dynamic warm-up. Do not use before 15 years, in pregnant women and in case of allergy to Salicylates. Can be kept for 18 months after opening.
