- 1 Leak-proof Storage Jar for safe storage of milk in the fridge or freezer. The water bath is recommended for heating breast milk. It can be sterilised as often as necessary. Sterilising the bottle: fill the base with 20 ml of water, stack in order: ring + teat, bottle, cap and heat for 3 minutes in a 600-1000 watt microwave.
