Directions for use
2 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 3 to 4 times a day.
1: Clean your nose thoroughly before using the product.
2: Shake the bottle.
3: Remove the protective cap.
4: Press the sprayer once or twice until a fine mist of product appears.
5: Insert the nozzle into one nostril, press down on the sprayer and deliver 2-3 sprays into each nostril, breathing in gently.
6: Clean the nozzle with a tissue and replace the cap after each use.
For best results, do not use other nasal treatments 15 minutes before or after applying this product.
