Product Description Can be used as a short-term treatment for infrequent constipation. How to Use Method of Administration To be taken orally. Swallow whole with water. Dosage For adults: take 1 to 2 tablets per day. For children aged 6 and over: take 1 tablet per day. If diarrhoea develops, discontinue use. Contalax is best taken at night, immediately before sleep.
