Contraindications: Do not take CALPEROS D3 tablet in the following cases: · allergy to one of its components or vitamin D · hypercalcemia (abnormally high level of calcium in the blood) · hypercalciuria (high level of calcium in the urine) · kidney stones · immobilisation for a long period of time · if you suffer from phenylketonuria (a hereditary disease discovered at birth) due to the aspartame content. Precautions for use: Use this medication WITH PRECAUTION in the case of: - prolonged treatment: it is important to regularly check the quantity of calcium eliminated in the urines (calciuria) Depending on the results your doctor will reduce or stop treatment. Blood and urine tests need to be regularly carried out when taking high doses of vitamin D. Treatment with bisphosphonates and treatment with an antibiotic of the cyclin family: it is advisable to wait at least two hours between taking these medicines and CALPEROS D3.
