Description 

Specially formulated to help pregnancy run smoothly, Harmonie Grossesse is recommended from the moment of conception and can be continued during breastfeeding.

Harmonie Grossesse is a complete formula, developed according to the recommendations of experts, providing 16 essential nutrients, rigorously selected to help meet the specific needs of pregnancy: 

 - 9 vitamins including folates (vitamin B9) which contribute to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy.

 - 5 minerals, including iron in a highly assimilable form

 - Choline and DHA, an essential fatty acid from the Omega-3 family, which contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the foetus and breast-fed child. 

Directions for use 

2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with water, during a meal. 

Recommended supplementation period of 1 month, to be repeated if necessary.

Precautions for use 

Ask your gynaecologist or midwife for advice before use (whether you are pregnant or not).

Not recommended if you suffer from thyroid disease.

Composition 

Oil extracted from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. concentrated in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (antioxidants: mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin); calcium carbonate, vegetable shell (modified maize starch, gelling agent: carrageenan); sunflower oil, choline bitartrate, humectant: glycerol, iron gluconate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), thickeners: beeswax, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; vitamin E (natural origin), niacinamide (vitamin B3), manganese sulphate, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine (vitamin B1), colour: copper chlorophyll complex, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), folic acid (vitamin B9), potassium iodide, sodium selenite.
