Mag2 has developed Mag2 Phyto Relax, a herbal formula in ampoule form to help you relax and calm your mind naturally: 

 - Magnesium 300 mg, in the form of magnesium pidolate, is highly bio-available, allowing for better assimilation. It helps reduce fatigue and contributes to normal nerve transmission. 

 - Rhodiola 144 mg, an adaptogenic plant that contributes to relaxation, calm and tranquillity by helping the body adapt to emotional stress.

 - Vitamin B1 1.4 mg, helps to reduce spleen and promote normal functioning of the nervous system. 

Directions for use 

Take 2 phials a day, preferably diluted in a glass of water or undiluted. Shake phials before opening.
