Product Indication To relieve problems caused by magnesium deficiency. Suitable for ages 15 and over. Contains calcium, magnesium, zinc and B and C vitamins. Magnesium deficiency may be exhibited by combinations of: – nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, emotional distress, short-term fatigue and mild sleeping problems; – anxiety attacks, characterised by e.g. heart palpitations or digestive problems; or – muscle cramp and pins and needles. Directions for Use Swallow whole with water. DosageAdults: 1 or 2 tablets a day. Take in the morning to benefit most from this medicine's vitamin C content. Length of TreatmentUse for up to 1 month. Ingredients Active Ingredients: Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1)* – 14.565 mg Riboflavin (vitamin B2) – 15.000 mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) – 10.000 mg Cyanocobalamin 0.1% WS (vitamin B12)** – 0.010 mg Nicotinamide (vitamin PP or B3) – 50.000 mg Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) – 23.000 mg Biotin (vitamin B8 or H) – 0.150 mg (1% dilution in mannitol) Ascorbic acid (vitamin B5) – 500.000 mg Folic acid (vitamin B9) – 0.400 mg (5% dilution in mannitol) Calcium – 100.000 mg (pantothenic acid: 2.3%; calcium carbonate: 97.7%) Magnesium – 100.000 mg (heavy magnesium carbonate: 30.6%; light magnesium oxide: 69.4%) Zinc citrate – 10.000 mg * The amount of vitamin B1 provided by 14.565 mg of thiamine nitrate is equivalent to that provided by 15 mg of thiamine hydrochloride. ** Composition: cyanocobalamin, sodium citrate, citric acid, dextrin Other Ingredients: Lactose monohydrate, povidone K90, sodium croscarmellose, mannitol, talc, magnesium stearate, Opadry® II Brown Precautions for Use – Due to the risk of excessive dose, use with caution if you are currently taking other vitamin or mineral supplements. – Contains lactose.Do NOT use if you have galactosaemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption or a lactase deficiency (all of which are rare, inherited disorders). – When taken in heavy doses, vitamin B12 can mask the effects of anaemia. If you are already taking a vitamin B12 supplement , consult your doctor or pharmacist prior to use. Contra-indications Do NOT use if you: – are taking levodopa (used to treat Parkinson's disease); – have severe kidney dysfunction (kidney failure); – are hypercalcaemic (i.e. you have an abnormally high blood-calcium level); – have hypercalciuria (i.e. you have an abnormally high level of calcium in your urine); – have kidney stones (renal calculus); or – are allergic to any of this product's ingredients.
