Obtained by extracting zest, grapefruit essential oil has a tangy and fruity scent. Grapefruit is a hybrid grown mainly in America, South Africa and Israel. Florida is the largest grapefruit exporter. It will take 7 to 10 years before the grapefruit tree reaches 7 to 8 meters in height and produces fruit.

How to use
Ambient setting : in a mixture by evaporation (dry diffusion from a ceramic pebble diffuser, misting effect...).
Atmospheric diffusion : in a mixture from a diffuser by spraying.
Orally : pure state with sugar cube or diluted with some vegetable oil. 1-2 drops 3 times per day.
How to use
Take a maximum 2 drops 3 times per day (0.17 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or with 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 teaspoon of sugar). 1 ml = 36 drops.
Practical advice
Nausea : pour 1 drop of grapefruit EO onto sugar cube and take it after dinner or when in discomfort. For adults: repeat dose 4-8 times per day for 24-72 hours.
Soothing : atmospheric diffusion, 15 drops of grapefruit EO + 15 drops of bergamot orange EO to cleanse and fragrance the home.
