Puressentiel organic Atlas Cedar essential oil is recognizable by its particularly woody smell. Originally from North Africa, the Atlas Cedar is a huge and imposing tree, 25 to 50 meters high, which flourishes in the mountainous areas of the Moroccan Middle Atlas between 1500 and 2000 meters above sea level. This species has also been introduced to France, forming magnificent forests.

Possible uses
Olfactory atmosphere: alone or mixed, by evaporation (dry diffusion on a ceramic pebble, misting, etc.)
Atmospheric diffusion: alone or mixed in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application: in dilution, 5 to 15% (maximum 30%) in vegetable oil.
Dry inhalation: 1 drop on a handkerchief.
Wet inhalation: 1 to 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.
Major properties
Draining, lipolytic and tonic for the venous and lymphatic systems, Atlas cedar fights against cellulite and edema. Mucolytic, decongestant, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, it relieves and clears the airways. It effectively treats skin concerns since it is antifungal, purifying, healing and regenerating the scalp and epidermis. Remarkable hair conditioner, it strengthens and repairs dull and damaged hair. It is also a good relaxant.
Practical advice
Respiratory comfort : in a 30ml vial, 20 drops of Atlas Cedar EO + 60 drops of eucalyptus radiq; combined with Macadamia vegetable oil. Apply 10-20 drops of the mixture onto the chest or forearm 2-4 times per day for 6-10 days.
Slimming massage : in the phase of attack, 60 drops of atlas cedar EO + 30 of cypress EO in a 30ml vial, supplemented with Argan vegetable oil. Massage the mixture into the thighs, hips and abdomen 1-2 times per day for 3 weeks.
Itchy scalp (15 years and over): add 9 drops of Atlas cedar essential oil to 30 ml of St. John's wort vegetable oil (or hemp in case of sun exposure). Apply twice a week as a hair mask, leave on for 20 to 30 minutes before shampooing.
Anti-moths: place 5 drops of Atlas cedar essential oil on a piece of wood, a pebble or a handkerchief, to be placed at the bottom of a cupboard or drawer.
Oily cough (12 years and over): mix 3 or 4 drops of Atlas cedar essential oil in 8 drops of sweet almond vegetable oil, massage the chest and soles of the feet with this mixture morning and evening , for 5 to 7 days.
