Description
Lemon verbena leaves are widely used to flavor beverages such as teas, infusions and lemonades. During the Middle Ages in Europe, lemon verbena was often cultivated in monastery gardens for its medicinal properties. It was used to treat a variety of ailments, including digestive disorders.
Lemon Verbena Essential Oil is pale yellow to yellow in color, with a sweet, fresh, lemony scent characteristic of citrals. Not to be confused with Common Verbena (Verbena officinalis), which is virtually odorless.
Directions for use
Take on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 sugar).
Maximum daily doses: 12 years and over: 1 drop;
adults: 2 drops.
Do not use undiluted or mix with water. Equivalence : 1ml = 25 drops.
