The refreshing and sweet smell of Ho wood essential oil is reminiscent of that of the rose. Ho wood or shiu wood, is a large tree about 30 meters high with evergreen leaves, yellow flowers and red berries. He is from China and Japan. Its use in China has been reported by the travels of Marco Polo.

This essential oil is remarkable for the skin: it tones and regenerates the tissues, softens and firms the epidermis, treats stretch marks, wrinkles, escema, acne and skin conditions. It is also immunomodulating, analgesic, anti-infectious, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and antispasmodic.

Usage tips
Skin disorders: Apply a few drops pure on damaged or infected skin (if the surface is small, otherwise mix with vegetable oil), or a few drops in the usual care cream. In case of acne, deposit the pure essential oil directly on the pimple with a cotton swab, without overflowing on the healthy skin.
ENT infections: Breathe and apply a few pure drops to breathe and anointing on the bronchi, several times a day until healing.

Other uses
This essential oil is very useful for combating stretch marks after pregnancy, for massage, dilute it at the rate of 25 drops in 100 ml of sweet almond oil. Atmospheric diffusion is very popular: perfume your room by pouring a few drops into a diffuser.
Contraindication
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use pure Ho wood essential oil. As a precaution, do not use in children under 7 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with epilepsy or with a history of convulsive disorders or allergies to essential oils.
