* Latin name: Cymbopogon flexuosus (Nees ex Steud.) W.Watson. * Body: Leaf * Contains in particular: Geranial, Neral * Botanical aspect: A large herbaceous plant from tropical Asia, Lemon grass belongs to the "citronella" genus which also includes Java lemongrass or Palmarosa. Very similar, these plants are distinguished by their scent: that of Lemon grass is lemony, with a "violet" note.

Cymbopogon flexuous Essential Oil from Organic Farming. 100% pure and of NATURAL origin. 100% of the total ingredients are from organic farming: without synthetic pesticides / fungicides and without GMOs.
Modes of use
Olfactory atmosphere: mixed, by evaporation (dry diffusion on a ceramic pebble, misting, etc.).
Atmospheric diffusion: mixed in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application: in dilution (5 to 10% - maximum 20%) in vegetable oil.
Oral intake: reserved for adults. In a spoonful of edible vegetable oil. In general 1 drop 2 times a day. Avoid prolonged use.
Practical advice
Digestive comfort in case of stress: for adults, count 15 drops of Lemongrass EO + 15 drops of Marjoram EO + 30 drops of Petitgrain bitter orange in a 30 ml bottle, complete with Macadamia vegetable oil . Apply the mixture to the forearms, 3 to 4 times a day.
Joint derusting: for adults, 20 drops of Lemongrass HE + 10 drops of Ginger HE in a 30 ml bottle, supplemented with Calophylle vegetable oil. Apply the mixture to the sensitive area, 1 to 2 times a day. Daily use.
Precautionary advice
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Store away from light and heat. Close well after use.
