Use
Diffusion, Bath, Massage, Oral
Olfactory atmosphere: alone or in a mixture, by evaporation under gentle controlled heat
Atmospheric diffusion: mixed with other non-irritating essential oils, in a diffuser by nebulization
Cutaneous route: diluted to a maximum of 5% in vegetable oil
Oral route: diluted in a little edible oil. Only on medical or officinal opinion. In general 2 drops 2 times a day, for 5 to 7 days
Practical advice
Cellulite: mix 45 drops of grapefruit essence in 1 tablespoon of macadamia vegetable oil. Apply this mixture to the areas concerned by circular massage in the direction of clockwise, and always from bottom to top, morning and evening, for 3 weeks. Stop for a week and start again for 3 weeks.
Air purification (during an epidemic, for example): diffuse 10 to 20 drops of grapefruit essence, 3 times a day, for 1 hour.
Water retention: take 2 drops of grapefruit essence on a neutral tablet, in the morning and at the end of the afternoon (around 5 p.m.), 5 days out of 7, for 3 weeks.
