Properties of juniper essential oil
Painkiller and anti-inflammatory, juniper essential oil treats arthritis and neuritis. It facilitates the elimination of toxins, promotes lymphatic circulation and drainage, and fights against cellulite and water retention.

Ingredient
Juniperus communis essential oil from organic farming. 100% pure and of natural origin. 100% of the total ingredients are from organic farming: no synthetic pesticides/fungicides and no GMOs.
Modes of use
Olfactory atmosphere: mixed, by evaporation (dry diffusion on a ceramic pebble, misting, etc.)
Atmospheric diffusion: mixed in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application: in dilution, 5 to 10% (maximum 20%) in vegetable oil.
Oral intake: diluted in a little edible vegetable oil, on medical or pharmacy advice. In general 1 drop 2 times a day. Avoid prolonged use.
Inhalation: use contraindicated.
Recommended uses
Cellulite: firmly massage the affected areas (from bottom to top) with a mixture of 4 drops of juniper essential oil diluted in a teaspoon of grapeseed vegetable oil.
Water retention and cellulite: add 10 to 20 drops of juniper essential oil diluted in a neutral bath base or in a tablespoon of skimmed milk to the bath water. Massage the affected areas during the bath.
Sciatica pain: mix 10 drops of juniper essential oil with a tablespoon of neutral bath base or skimmed milk, dilute in a warm bath and leave there for at least 20 minutes.
Precautions for use
The essential oil is well tolerated but it is better, as a precaution, to dilute it before application to the skin. DO NOT USE in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in children under 7 years old, in people allergic to one of the components (limonene, linalool), asthmatics without the advice of an allergist, in people suffering from hormone-dependent cancer (ovary, uterus, breast, prostate), for a prolonged period in people with kidney problems.
