The lemon grass essential oil treats problems such as tendonitis, arthritis, rheumatisms, mycosis and insomnia depression. Helps relaxation. It is considered to be powerful at dealing with unpleasant odours.
Recommended uses
Unpleasant odour (purifying the air): 20 drops of litsea EO + +20 drops of lemon grass EO + +20 drops of sweet orange EO.
De-stress : 5-10 drops of litsea EO + +5 drops of geranium EO in in 15ml of calophyll vegetable oil +15 ml of sweet almond oil. Massage onto the plexus solaire and wrists, 2-5 times per day.
