Description
Complete milk replacer for rearing kittens and puppies without their mother, or to supplement maternal lactation (in the case of large litters or insufficient or toxic lactation), transition food during weaning. Can be used for rodents, rabbits and ferrets.
Directions for use
Preparation and use: 1 scoop of powder for 30 ml of water. 1 scoop = 6 g = 13 ml.
1- Fill the bottle with 6 g of powder (equivalent to one measuring spoon or the 15 mL graduation on the bottle).
2- Add 30ml of water at 50°C (equivalent to the 45ml mark on the bottle).
3- Choose the most suitable teat according to the animal's size.
4- Shake the bottle until all the powder has dissolved.
5- Then allow the mixture to cool to 37°C to avoid burning.
6- Slit the end of the teat with a sharp blade or scissor tip.
Let the animal drink spontaneously: insert the tip of the teat into the mouth while holding the head upwards, the animal will immediately have the reflex to suckle and will adapt the volume of its feed on its own. After each use, clean the bottle and teat. The milk remaining in the bottle after each feeding must not be reused.
Includes:
1 feeding bottle, 3 teats, 1 measuring spoon, 2 200g sachets of powder.
