Therapeutic Indications:: Supplementary treatment for hair loss. Contraindications: Do not use BIOTIN BAYER 5mg tablet: · if you are allergic to one of its components. IF IN DOUBT IT IS ADVISABLE TO ASK YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST FOR ADVICE. Cautions: This drug is not recommended for patients with a galactose intolerance, a Lapp lactose intolerance or glucose-galactose malabsorption (rare hereditary illnesses). Pregnancy and breast feeding: It is not recommended to use this drug during pregnancy or breast feeding. If you discover that you’re pregnant during the treatment, consult your doctor who is the only person who can judge whether the drug should be continued. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any drugs. Driving and use of machinery: The effect of biotin on the ability to drive and use machinery has not been studied but there is no evidence to suggest that biotin would put a risk on these abilities. Dosage and how to use: Dosage: ONLY TO BE TAKEN BY ADULTS. 3 tablets per day for 6 weeks. How to use: Orally. Swallow tablets with a glass of water. Side effects:: Like all drugs BIOTIN BAYER 5 mg tablets can cause side effects (this will not affect everyone): Skin reactions (itching desire, outbreak of acne, urticaria, swelling) have been reported. If you notice side effects becomeing more severe, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
