Description

Mag 2 contains marine magnesium. The combination of a number of the following symptoms may suggest a magnesium deficiency: nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, transient fatigue, minor sleep disturbances, manifestations of anxiety, such as digestive spasms or palpitations (healthy heart) muscle cramps , tingling. The intake of the magnesium contained in Mag 2 can improve these symptoms. Vitamin B6 and B12 allow better absorption of magnesium. If these symptoms do not improve after one month of treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

Usage tips

Oral route. This medicine is reserved for adults and children over 15 years old.

The tablets should be swallowed with half a glass of water.

The usual dose is 1 tablet per day preferably in the morning before or during meals.

Treatment should not be prolonged beyond one month.

Pregnancy and breast feeding

Pregnancy
