Description 

Magnesium is a mineral present in almost all our cells as well as in many foods (chocolate, dried fruits, seafood ...). The SU.VI.MAX study (SUpplementation in Vitamins and Anti-Oxidant Minerals) showed that 7 out of 10 French people lack magnesium, despite a balanced diet. Supplementation may therefore be necessary in order to cover the needs. Formag is composed of: - magnesium, in particular sour the specific form Hypro-ri® mag extracted from the Dead Sea (known for its high concentration of mineral salts) which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to reduce fatigue. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function. - vitamin B6 which helps reduce fatigue, - taurine

Using advice

1 to 2 tablets per day to be swallowed with a glass of water. Ingredients

Anti-caking agents: calcium phosphates, magnesium stearate and mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, marine magnesium oxide, rice protein hydrolyzate, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, taurine, coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and stearic acid, vitamin B6.
