Use 20mL of dental solution. Rinse for 30 seconds then spit out. Do not swallow. Use twice a day morning and evening. Rinse the cap after use It is recommended to use this product after brushing your teeth with Elmex Sensitive Professional toothpaste and toothbrush. Does not replace brushing teeth after each meal. Be careful, sensitive teeth can be a sign of an underlying problem that requires the advice of a dentist if the pain persists. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in children under 6 years old.
