Hextril Mint 0.1% antiseptic mouthwash is indicated for the local adjunctive treatment of mouth ailments or for care after surgery of the oral cavity. From 6 years old.
How to take this medicine
Method of administration Local use in mouthwashes. Do not swallow. Dosage This solution for mouthwash is used pure or diluted in mouthwash: 1 dose 2 to 3 times a day. Use the measuring cup provided to measure the dose. Pure: pour the solution into the measuring cup up to the notch indicating 15 ml. Diluted: in the event of the appearance of painful manifestations, use the solution diluted to ½. Pour the solution up to the notch indicating 15 ml and complete with water to the top of the cup. Rinse the measuring cup well after each use. If you have the impression that the effect of Hextril mint 0.1 percent, solution for mouthwash is too strong or too weak, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Duration of treatment The duration of use is limited to 5 days.
Precautions for use
Take special care with Hextril mint 0.1 percent, mouthwash solution: Keep this medicine out of the reach of children. Prolonged use (more than 5 days) of this medication is undesirable as it may alter the natural microbial balance of the mouth. If symptoms worsen or no improvement after 5 days: CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.
Contraindications
Never use HEXTRIL MINT 0.1 PER CENT, mouthwash solution: In case of known allergy to one of the constituents of the mouthwash.

Active substance (For 100 ml of mouthwash solution): Hexetidine: 0.10 g The other ingredients are: Quinoline yellow and patent blue V, purified water, polysorbate 60, sodium saccharin, 96% ethanol, citric acid monohydrate , mint aroma.
