Product Information Sporténine Chewable Tablets are a homoeopathic medicine traditionally used for treating muscle cramps, aches and fatigue caused by over-working the body during sport or exercise. Instructions for Use To be taken orally. Dosage Before exercise: Take 1 tablet (as early as the night before). During exercise: Take 1 tablet every hour. After exercise: Take 1 tablet, repeating every hour until pain or weakness eases. Do not take more than 10 tablets in any 24-hour period. Ingredients Active ingredients (per tablet): Arnica montana 9 C: 6.67 mg Sarcolacticum acidum 3 C: 6.67 mg Zincum oxydatum 3 C: 6.67 mg Other ingredients: Glucose monohydrate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, citric acid monohydrate, natural lemon flavour.
