ThermaCare Self-Heating Patch 16hrs Lower Back 4 Belts offers effective and targeted relief of muscle and joint pain due to muscle strain, muscle sprain, sprains or osteoarthritis. It is suitable for chronic or occasional pain. It does not contain any active medication. It has multiple cells which contain air-activated agents such as iron at their core. Heating begins as soon as the pouch is opened, when the alveoli are in contact with the oxygen in the air.

The heat released soothes the pain. Once applied to the skin, it provides up to 16 hours of relief: 8 hours during application and 8 hours after removal. It is a single-use product and does not contain any medicinal ingredients. Each cell contains iron (approx. 2g)

Instructions for use 

Place the belt directly on the skin on the painful area and adjust it to the size of the patient. From the age of 55 or older, wear the patch over clothing and do not use it while sleeping. Do not exceed the daily application time (maximum 8 hours). May cause blisters and skin burns. The risk of burning increases with age
