Usage tips

How to use the hot thermal pad?

Heat the ACTIPOCHE Small Model thermal pad for 10 seconds in the microwave

Immerse the ACTIPOCHE Small Model thermal pad for 10 seconds in a pan of water

How to use the cold thermal pad?

Place the ACTIPOCHE Small Model thermal pad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Place the ACTIPOCHE Small Model thermal cushion in the freezer for a maximum of 20 minutes.

Precautions for use

External use only Never apply directly to the skin, hot or cold: before use, insert the thermal pad in the protective cover provided.

Do not apply on damaged skin.

Do not use with analgesic and / or anesthetic products (such as gel, creams, balms, lotions, liniments, etc.).

In case of diabetes or vascular and circulatory problems, it is essential to consult a doctor before using this product.
