Description 

Humer Nose Hygiene Adult 150 ml is a seawater-based nasal spray that can be used for daily cleaning of the nose, as an adjunct treatment or in the prevention of ENT pathologies, or to moisten the nasal mucosa in a dry atmosphere in adults aged 15 and over.

Seawater is naturally rich in minerals and trace elements (magnesium, copper, potassium, zinc, calcium, silica, iron).

Directions for use 

Use in any position. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril. Apply pressure to the nozzle. 1 spray in each nostril 2 to 3 times a day before meals.

Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use.

Composition 

100% undiluted sea water naturally rich in minerals and trace elements (Magnesium, Copper, Potassium, Zinc, Calcium, Silica, Iron).
