Usage tips

Apply a small amount of gel to the targeted areas (back, shoulders, knees, elbows, etc.) and massage until the product is completely absorbed. Adapt the amount of product applied and the frequency of use to the desired intensity of the heating effect, respecting a maximum of 3 applications per day. Wash hands immediately after use.
