• During menstruation: 1 to 3 capsules per day depending on the intensity of the discomfort, with a glass of water.

In case of high intensity discomfort, it is possible to take up to 3 capsules per day in a single dose.

Depending on the intensity of your discomfort and the intake at each cycle, a box of 30 capsules can be used with you for 2 to 6 months.
