Advice for use 

Reserved for the adult and the teenager of more than 15 years. NICOPATCHLIB should not be used in smokers under 18 years of age without the advice of a health professional. This medicine may be used as monotherapy or in combination with other forms of nicotine replacement therapy. In case of combination, patients are advised to seek the advice of a healthcare professional. Dosage NICOPATCHLIB transdermal device is available in 3 dosages: 7 mg/24 h, 14 mg/24 h, 21 mg/24 h. Monotherapy The dosage should be chosen according to the degree of nicotine dependence assessed by the number of cigarettes consumed per day, or by the Fagerström test (test available in the package insert).

Composition 

Transdermal device (translucent, square shape with rounded corners) : Nicotine 7 mg/24 hours. Excipients: Self-adhesive matrix, (Acrylate vinyl acetate copolymer, Methyl methacrylate ethylene glycol dimethacrylate copolymer), qsp 1 transdermal device. backing film: Polyester film, Polyethylene film. removable protective film: Siliconised polyester film. Each 10 cm² patch contains 15 mg of nicotine and delivers 7 mg of nicotine per 24 hours.
