Tips for using Stérimar Sinusiti

Blow your nose first. Shake the bottle, remove the protective cap. Tilt your head slightly to the side. Insert the end of the mouthpiece into the upper nostril. Spray once while inhaling gently. Repeat the operation in the second nostril. Leave on for a few moments without blowing your nose. Let the excess solution drain off, dry and blow your nose if necessary.

After each use, clean the tip with hot water and dry.

1 spray in each nostril up to 6 times a day.
