The three-layer tablet acts on the 3 major natural phases of sleep. For its three-layer tablet, Herbesan has chosen to use the patented SEPISMART SR Technology, a complex of natural origin.
Layer 1: Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Valerian helps to fall asleep and contributes to physical and mental well-being;
Layer 2 : Eschscholtzia contributes to the maintenance of the quality of sleep and Passionflower contributes to serene sleep. This layer contains 9 mg of SEPISMART SR;
Layer 3 : Passionflower contributes to relaxation and Hawthorn helps reduce nervousness. Lemon balm contributes to a good mood! This layer contains 70 mg of SEPISMART SR.
Directions for use of Nocatphyt 3
1 tablet per day in the evening before bedtime with a glass of water.
