They can be worn in boots or work shoes. They have a special anti-odour fabric designed to keep feet cool and dry all day long. 

Instructions for use 

Place the Scholl insoles in your shoes to determine the correct size. If necessary, cut along the line (near the toes) that corresponds to your size on the size guide or use the original insoles as a reference. Insert the Scholl Expert Support insoles with the gel side facing down.
