Shake well before each use
Children (3 years old and over): 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 15 ml) for a maximum of 5 days.
Adults: 2 measuring spoons of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 30 ml) for a maximum of 5 days.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 3 years old and people allergic to bee products and pollens. Keep out of the reach of children. For sensitive people, contact a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excess use may result in laxative effects.
