Tips for using
From 3 to 4 years: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, once a day for a week.
From 5 to 9 years old: 1.5 measuring spoons of 5 ml, once a day (i.e. 7.5 ml) for a week.
10 years and over: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 15 ml) for a week.
Take the last dose before bedtime. Wash the spoon after each use.

Precautions for use
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the constituents. This product contains 1.1ug of vitamin D, or 22% of the NRV, so for people under medical treatment, particularly those based on vitamin D, pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children, contact a health professional. Before opening, store in a dry, cool place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 2 months.
