The Laboratoire des GRANIONS® offers a complete formula to help the muscles function properly. Most of the time, painful and sudden contractions occur at rest or following physical exercise. One of the main causes of these involuntary contractions is an imbalance of trace elements, vitamins and minerals in our body. Potassium, a major mineral element, makes a decisive contribution to neuromuscular function. In particular, it is involved in the muscle cell membranes in the processes of muscle contraction and relaxation. Magnesium is essential for proper muscle function. Selenium and copper are natural anti-oxidants that help protect cells against oxidative stress. Group B vitamins complete the formula for optimal effectiveness.
Directions for use
2 tablets per day with a glass of water, preferably outside of meals. As soon as the muscle contraction appears: take 2 tablets a day until the desired effect is obtained. In anticipation of prolonged and/or sustained muscular efforts: take 2 tablets per day as a 15-day course of treatment.
