Usage tips
Child from 6 years old, in general 1 capsule per day, with a large glass of water. For adults: 1 capsule morning and noon, with a large glass of water. Before a trip: for children (over 6 years old), generally 1 capsule the day before and 1 on departure. For adults, in general 2 capsules the day before, 1 in the morning and 1 at the start. Pregnant woman: punctual intake, on the advice of the doctor or pharmacist.
