Using advice
Cutaneous application: To be used in massage for face and body care.
Use sweet almond vegetable oil for food without heating it.

For sensitive skin Sweet Almond oil is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive. Very creamy, it forms a protective film. It is an excellent support for essential oils, to be preferred for application on fragile or sensitive skin, or in the context of long massages. With which essential oils? Examples of use
Very dry, damaged skin: 10 drops of cistus essential oil + 10 drops of lavender essential oil + 10ml of sweet almond vegetable oil and 20ml of argan vegetable oil, morning and evening application on the skin moistened and lukewarm, massaging the face and the areas to be enriched well, leave to penetrate for 10 minutes then wipe off the excess.
For the hair: 3 drops of bourbon geranium essential oil + 1 teaspoon of sweet almond vegetable oil, massage the scalp, leave on for a few minutes then wash without rubbing with a mild shampoo, two to three times a week .
Relaxation massage in the evening: 2 drops of bitter orange petitgrain essential oil + 2 drops of shell marjoram essential oil + 2 tablespoons of sweet almond vegetable oil, have your two back muscles massaged. each side of the spine, slowly up and down.
Precautions for use
Keep sweet almond vegetable oil away from light, air and heat. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands thoroughly before and after use. Contraindicated in case of allergy to nuts.
