Directions for use 

1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water. 

Composition 

Fish oil (trace tocopherol) including DHA and EPA, edible gelatin, ascorbic acid, glycerol plasticizer, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, natural lutein suspension, zeaxanthin, extract of tagetes erecta in safflower oil, soybean oil emulsifier, zinc oxide, silicon dioxide anti-caking agent, vitamin E acetate, copper sulfate, color: iron oxide.
