Indication

This medication contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic and antipyretic properties, ibuprofen and a vasoconstrictor, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.

Dosage

FOR ADULTS ONLY (FROM 15 YEARS OF AGE) 1 tablet per dose, to be renewed if necessary after 6 hours, without exceeding 4 tablets per day. In case of more intense symptoms, take 2 tablets per dose, without exceeding 4 tablets per day.

Oral route. The tablets are to be swallowed as they are with a large glass of water, preferably during meals.

Space the shots at least 6 hours apart.

Composition

The active substances are:

Ibuprofen ................................................. .................................................. ............................... 200.00 mg

Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride ............ .................................................. ................................... 30.00 mg For a coated tablet.

The other ingredients are: Corn starch, pregelatinized potato starch, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, sodium laurilsulfate, stearic acid. Coating: sucrose, microcrystalline cellulose, OPAGLOS GS-2-0310 (shellac, povidone K30), OPALUX AS-3739 (titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172), iron oxide red (E172), sucrose , povidone K30, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216)), black ink (OPACODE S-1-27794), carnauba wax.

Precautions for use

DO NOT LEAVE THIS MEDICINE WITHIN THE REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of overdose or mistakenly taking too high a dose, contact a doctor immediately. It is imperative to strictly respect the dosage, the duration of treatment of 5 days, and the contraindications. BEFORE USING THIS MEDICINAL PRODUCT CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IF: · a history of asthma associated with chronic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis or polyps in the nose. The administration of this medicinal product can lead to an asthma attack, in particular in certain subjects allergic to aspirin or to a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (see Never take RHINUREFLEX, film-coated tablet in the following cases :); · Taking an anticoagulant treatment; this medicine can cause serious gastrointestinal symptoms; · Digestive history (hiatus hernia, digestive haemorrhage, ulcer of the old stomach or duodenum); Heart, liver or kidney disease; High blood pressure; Heart disease, hyperthyroidism (hyperfunction of the thyroid gland); · Personality disorders or diabetes; - if you are taking medicines intended to treat migraine (in particular alkaloid medicines derived from rye ergot). DURING THE TREATMENT, IN CASE of: · vision problems, TELL YOUR DOCTOR, · feeling of acceleration of the heartbeat, palpitations, new or increased headache, onset of nausea , behavioral disorders; Gastrointestinal bleeding (discharge of blood through the mouth or in the stool, stool color black); - signs suggestive of allergy to this medicine, in particular an asthma attack or angioedema (see What are the possible side effects?); STOP TREATMENT AND CONTACT AN EMERGENCY DOCTOR OR MEDICAL SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. Precautions for use · In the event of: o purulent nasal discharge, o persistent fever, o no improvement after 5 days of treatment, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR. - If you are to undergo anesthesia, first stop treatment with this medicine and notify the anesthetist.

Pregnancy and breast feeding

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding: do not take this medication without consulting your doctor or pharmacist Pregnancy The use of this medication is not recommended up to and including the 5th month of pregnancy and is contraindicated to from the 6th month of pregnancy. Breast-feeding Due to possible harmful effects in the infant, taking this medicine is contraindicated if you are breast-feeding.
