Role of the main ingredients of Gynefam® supra BREASTFEEDING:
• Vitamin B9 (or folic acid or folate) in the form of Quatrefolic® (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), an active form of folate, an innovative ingredient: folate contributes to normal psychological functions and to reducing fatigue.< /p>
• Iron: it contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to reduce fatigue. The iron in Gynéfam® supra BREASTFEEDING is in the form of iron bisglycinate, a small molecule that is well assimilated and well tolerated in the digestive system.
• Vitamin C: it contributes to normal psychological functions, to normal energy metabolism and to reducing fatigue. It also increases iron absorption.
• Vitamin B6: it contributes to normal psychological functions, to normal energy metabolism and to reducing fatigue. • Vitamin B12: it contributes to normal psychological functions, to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and helps reduce fatigue.
