Tips for use
Stress-related disorders: In bath: pour 5 drops into 1 tablespoon of bath base or milk, and pour into hot water. Swallow 3 drops of orange tree put on a small spoon of honey and let melt in the mouth, preferably at the end of a meal (as a dessert for example). Diffuse 4 drops of orange tree in the bedroom at night using a diffuser - or simply place on a saucer near a heat source. Air freshener: Diffuse 4 drops of orange tree using a diffuser or simply place on a saucer near a heat source. Skin: Face - Mix 1 drop of orange tree into your usual dose of moisturizer, morning and night. Counter indication
As with all other citrus essential oils, this one can cause allergies when applied to the skin. Try it on small areas first, and always diluted. Moreover, it is photosensitizing: never apply it before sun exposure! And, like all essential oils, sweet orange oil is forbidden during the first 3 months of pregnancy. It should not be used during breastfeeding either.
