Linalool thyme essential oil has a sweet, pleasant smell. Linalool thyme is a highly branched shrub. Originally from the Mediterranean basin, it likes dry and rocky soils and, as everyone knows, the sun! It offers delicate white-pink florets. It is propagated by dividing the clumps in the spring or by cuttings in the summer. It can grow up to 2000 meters above sea level.

Main indications
For all “difficult” recurrent infections

How to use
Infection : Diffuse into ambient air from a diffuser to purify air and avoid epidemics.
Throat Infection : Put 1 drop onto a sugar cube or a spoon of honey and swallow as soon as the throat hurts, and leave to melt in the mouth. 3-4 times per day for 2 days.
+ Pour 2 drops into the back of the throat 3-4 times per day for 3 days. This oil is particularly strong so if you find the dosage is too strong, reduce to 1 drop 3-4 times per day for 3 days.
+ Apply 2 drops onto the skin, just onto the ganglion of the neck 5-6 times per day for 2 days.
Bronchitis: Bath: 5 drops of thyme linalool EO + 10 drops of ravintsara EO + 10 drops of mountain pine in 4 cap-fulls or 20 neutral base pressures. Pour into a warm bath, maximum 5 times per week.
For all other respiratory infection : Apply onto the thorax, the arch of the foot and the back 2 drops of thyme linalool with 5 drops of vegetable oil (hazelnut if possible), 3 times per day for 4-5 days (until complete recovery).
All other infection (specifically urinary): Swallow 2 drops placed on a sugar cube or on a tablespoon of honey and leave to melt in the mouth 3-4 times per day until complete recovery + apply the following mixture onto the lower stomach: 2 drops of thyme with 10 drops of St John’s Wort vegetable oil, 5-6 times per day for 10 days.
Mouth Infections : Apply 1 drop directly onto the mouth ulcer or gum 5 times per day.
Mycosis : Apply locally 3 drops of diluted thyme with 10 drops of calophyll vegetable oil morning and evening until the mycosis has disappeared. + Pour 1 drop on a neutral tablet then leave it to melt in the mouth 3 times per day for 20 days.
Enuresis: Massage: 2 drops of cypress EO + 1 drops of medicinal lavender EO + 1 drops of thyme linalool EO. Apply 1 drop of the mixture onto the lower stomach 3 times per day, 5 out of 7 days (from the age of 6 and from 20kg).
Other uses: The thyme linalool is a worming tablet: it eliminates roundworms and pin worms. Consult your doctor for the right diagnosis before using this oil.
Contraindication
Like all essential oils the thyme linalool oil is not allowed during the first 3 months of pregnancy as well as during breast feeding.
